I subscribe to an ethical business culture.
My training consultancy is focused on interpersonal, EQ and event planning skills – as such my services cannot really be ‘defective’, in the traditional sense, like a gadget.
However, as has been written by a delegate, in one of the 140+ Recommendations that are proudly displayed in my personal profile, I am often referred to as ‘The Ronseal® Guy’ – meaning: ‘You get what it says on the tin®’
“It does exactly what it says on the tin®” was originally an advertising slogan by the woodstain and wood-dye manufacturer Ronseal (www.ronseal.co.uk), initiated in 1994. This phrase, which then became a common idiomatic phrase in the UK, is still being broadcast as of 2013.
I suppose the funky, modern, iteration of this phrase would be WYSIWUG (pronounced: WIZ-zee-wig). Short for What You See Is What You Get.
In respect of this I am therefore happy to offer the following guarantee:
As my client, if in any way you are dissatisfied or feel that I have not met the specific objectives in the delivery of the training or that I haven’t done what I said I was going to do, then I will refund your money – No Quibble
I will even refund your travel expenses if you incurred costs to attend.
This is my promise to you – This is your GUARANTEE
